Our marketing team drove an additional 17 rentals at this location and factoring in move outs this resulted in net 3 new move ins during the quarter. In partnership with our new marketing agency, we are launching an updated website for a smoother booking experience for renters and expanding our marketing campaigns to drive occupancy.
