Shayne oversees Investor Relations, Fundraising, Fund Management and Marketing and sits on the Acquisitions selection committee. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Patriot.
Shayne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his ownership and investment experience in commercial real estate across multiple asset classes (manufactured housing, self-storage, multifamily, industrial, development). He also has twenty-five-years of corporate experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Executive Leadership. During his international career he has consistently developed high performing teams that have delivered exceptional results. Change management and leadership are key areas of expertise and personal interest.
